Readiness
$300 a month, or $1,000 through ready
If the file is not ready for a Map, this covers you until it is, with a written list of what to fix. The $250 Private Review is not credited toward Readiness unless we agree in writing.
The Map

Less the $250 already paid. 48-hour turnaround after the file is complete. Options, sequence, language, a tracking sheet, one next step, and two touchpoints in the first 30 days.
Capital Access Playbook

How to convert approved credit into usable capital — drawing on lines, using funds actively in the business, and turning approvals into working cash. Not included in the Map. Purchased separately.
Full-Service Application Handling

Avisra submits the applications on your behalf. Requires a signed authority to apply. You stay responsible for all resulting credit obligations.
Ongoing consulting
$300 / month
Optional, after day 30. The first 30 days after the Map are included. Stop when the file no longer needs it.

Flagged only when the file looks like a possible fit. DIY is the template and checklist. Built is Avisra assembling the package. Not a percentage of the loan.
